Fresh white onions from Spain

Store white Spanish onions in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place at 10-15°C, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate whole onions, as this can cause them to soften and spoil faster; they will keep for 2-3 weeks under proper conditions. Wash the onions just before use, and discard any that show signs of sprouting or soft spots.
