Fresh white onions from Lebanon

Store white onions in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place away from sunlight, ideally at 8-12°C; refrigeration is not recommended as it can cause moisture and spoilage. They will keep for up to 2-3 weeks under proper conditions. Wash the onions just before use, peeling away the outer skin.

This is a fresh, perishable product and should be consumed promptly for the best quality. As a seasonal item, its availability may fluctuate depending on the harvest. Natural variations in size, color, and flavor are inherent to fresh produce.
